Responsibilities
- Complete Solution ownership from requirements gathering to solution delivery working with variety of technical / nontechnical stakeholders, including business process mapping and gap analysis.
- Become the Product’s go-to person for consultation on both technical and functional areas. Responsible for knowing the business’s key Enterprise SaaS platform offering and having a command on systems architecture digital platform integrations.
- Have a good understanding of RPA, Data warehousing, Data Sciences, Business Intelligence, Analytics products, Big Data principles, Cloud and data visualization
- Conduct solutions presentations and obtain customer acceptance to solution design. Guide customer through solution deployment and environment management.
- Create architecture diagrams and flow charts on both system architecture and detailed solution levels.
- Provide guidance as a technical liaison to the business and serve as a subject matter expert
- Support sales efforts of pre-qualified opportunities, including exploratory meetings in with client to define and propose a solution, and close the deal
- Lead solution planning and design efforts across teams and workstreams to deliver value for clients, ensuring client satisfaction
- Understand partner, client and business outcome objectives to design solutions based on specific client requirements and business strategic objectives.
- Responsible for the specification, design, cost and proposal to meet client requirements.
- Assist the sales team in prospecting with relevant sales & technical pitch
- Provide training and guidance sales and account teams.
Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the following areas: pre-sales & consulting, value proposition and business case driven pre-sales methodology experience
- Demonstrable customer-facing consulting experience of solution design & technical delivery of SAAS platforms / equivalent.
- Experienced in working in a cloud and hybrid cloud environment & Analytics related AWS/ IBM/ Azure cloud services is a real plus
- Involve and transfer successful projects to post-sales organization.
- Knowledge in terms of implementing automation process including software components that are required to build a new automation process
- Working knowledge of other BI / Big Data is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with domain architecture leadership
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to right level conversations
- Familiarity of the Microsoft Bot Framework and Cognitive Services capabilities on Azure
- Experience leading customer facing discovery sessions to conceptualise and design complex business solutions.
- Successfully manage and execute technical workshops and proof of concepts (POCs), on-site or remote
- Hands on experience with automation technologies, middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services technologies, enterprise messaging patterns, APIs, SOA, ESB, BPM, SDKs, and Databases

- Able execute sales closure in a short cycle and has a structured and strategic sales approach.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Understanding the client’s buying and decision-making process; demonstrated ability to work effectively at all levels and influence key decision makers of the client organization.
- Knowledge of integrated operations, functional architectures, financial models and impact of technology, and able to translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Consulting and project-based experience with a passion for driving business technology solutions and leading through advisory
- Hands on experience in writing proposals and delivering customer presentations.
Requirement
- At least 3 year(s) of sales experience with proven track record in sales especially in selling enterprise software solutions to IT decision makers (CIO, CTO, C-level targets).
- Demonstrable experience of selling and/or delivering Cloud/Infra/Automation related transformation.

- A self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Facilitation skills, particularly workshop sessions and Consultative Selling skills.

- To lead the process from identifying the opportunity to qualified lead and execution.
- Prepare proposals to meet client needs and requirements, including all technical details with the support of Pre Sales Consultant.
- Develop strategy and increase business potential.
- Excellent awareness of current IT trends (Cloud/Agile/DevOps) and products that can influence client’s decisions
- Effective at building relationships (internally and with partners), collaborating, and influencing others;
- Solution selling methodologies with focus on business case definition, ROI and business outcomes.
- You must be able to negotiate skilfully in tough situations: can gain concessions without damaging the relationship; has a “win-win” philosophy.

Responsibilities
- Actively partner with the sales & pre sales team to understand our customers’ business needs/challenges
- Identify the best customized solution that meets customers’ requirements in terms of automation/digitalization strategy on an enterprise level
- Ensure customer requirements are translated into functional specifications and detailed solution architecture
- Provide pre-sales support to the sales & pre sales team during RFI/RFP and PoC stages, including the drafting of RFI/RFP responses
- Lead in the design, specification and selection of IT solutions, giving due consideration to functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance
- Design/architect the product/solution and ensure its scalability and extensibility
- Conduct a system architecture evaluation and collaborates with project management and IT development teams to improve the architecture
- Evaluate project constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and perform process re-engineering if required
- Work with the project team to develop high level project schedule and resource plans for implementation
- Lead the organization in exploiting technology and use knowledge of IT solutions to drive organization change and to support business process redesign
- Prepare business cases and cost estimation for IT solutions, considering infrastructure, licensing, development and support costs
Requirement
- Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent
- At least 5 years’ experience in a professional technical role
- Ability to develop solution architecture designs with experience in assessing a broad range of IT solutions, particularly in infrastructure design, network, IT security, data, etc
- Experience in hyperautomation technologies (e.g. Robotic Process Automation, Process Mining, Intelligent Document Processing, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Chatbots, Low Code Application Platforms, Business Intelligence, etc) & Cloud environment
- Hands on experience in full stack development and programming languages (e.g. .NET, VB, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, etc) is preferred
- Experience and certifications (e.g. PL-100, PL-200, PL-400 and MB-600) in the Microsoft stack is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture will be added advantage
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to lay audiences
- Results oriented self-starter with ability to plan complex work in dynamic work environment
- Strong critical thinker with analytical and problem-solving aptitude
- Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions
- Strategic business acumen and understanding of organization strategy
- Significant experience in systems integration and middleware technologies.
